This site does not set advertising, analytics or social-media cookies. It does not store the selected colour theme after you leave or reload the page. There is no cookie banner because this version has no optional cookie or persisted preference choice to ask you about.
Cloudflare security
Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security or challenge cookies if its protection features are triggered for a request. Those are controlled by the hosting/security provider, not by the site’s theme selector. Cloudflare describes examples in its Cookie Policy. If the deployment is configured to add a new cookie or tracking service, this page must be reviewed before the change goes live.
Theme setting
Charcoal, Paper and Forest are applied only in the current page view. The choice is held in page memory and is discarded when you navigate away or reload. No browser storage is read or written for the theme.
Consent if the site changes
Cookie and similar device-storage rules depend on the feature, purpose and applicable law. Before adding non-essential storage, analytics or embedded services, the operator should assess the requirement and provide an informed choice where needed. This site currently has none of those features.
