Before orders open
Each product or service will need clear delivery, cancellation and refund terms before checkout. Those terms must explain how custom work is scoped, what happens if a project is cancelled, how digital delivery works, and how mandatory consumer rights apply. Any statutory right that cannot be waived will remain unaffected.
Digital products
We have not yet listed a digital product, taken payment or asked anyone to waive a right. If a future digital purchase involves an immediate download, the checkout will present the legally required information and any separate consent or acknowledgement before the order is placed.
